Something not working, a report that looks wrong, an address that will not resolve? Start at Support, which answers the questions that come up most, then write to us if it is not there.

When you write, the fastest thing you can send is the address you ran and the report type you chose. With those two we can reproduce exactly what you saw.

Plans, teams and brokerages

Agent and Signature are self-serve: open the app, start the 14-day trial, and the plan is live. A card is required to start a trial, and you can cancel before it ends.

Executive is for a team or a brokerage: every seat gets Signature, plus brokerage templates and an admin console. It is $39 per seat a month or $390 per seat a year, with a three-seat minimum, and it is arranged through OfficePoppy at poppyoffice.com/executive.

It is made by working agents. Chip and Kim McAllister are licensed real estate professionals at FirstTeam Real Estate, and every report the product builds is one they hand to their own clients.
