Trademark Guidelines
Effective September 6, 2026
The marks
ReportPoppy™, ShowPoppy™, MLSPoppy™, PicturePoppy™, FilePoppy™, TouchPoppy™, OfficePoppy™, One job. One Poppy.™ and the associated Poppy bird logos are trademarks of PeopleStar Enterprises, Inc.
Writing the name
- One word, two capitals: ReportPoppy. Not Report Poppy, not Reportpoppy, not RP.
- Carry the ™ on the first or most prominent use in a piece.
- It is a proper noun, not a verb and not a common noun. A report is "built with ReportPoppy", never "a ReportPoppy" and never "ReportPoppied".
- The descriptor is Reports + CMAs. Do not rewrite it.
The logo
Use the supplied artwork as provided. Do not redraw or reinterpret the bird, alter its silhouette, proportions or wing construction, substitute another Poppy bird, recreate the wordmark in type, change the colours, or remove the trademark or the descriptor. Leave clear space around it and do not place it on a busy image.
What you may do without asking
- Say truthfully that you use ReportPoppy, in your own marketing, on your site, or to a client.
- Send, print, or post a report you built, including the ReportPoppy identity that appears on it.
- Link to reportpoppy.com.
- Refer to the product by name in editorial and news coverage.
What needs permission
- Using a Poppy mark or logo in your own product name, company name, domain, app name or social handle.
- Anything that suggests endorsement, partnership, or that your business is operated by PeopleStar.
- Selling merchandise bearing a Poppy mark.
- Modifying the artwork, or building a derivative mark from the bird.
