Privacy Choices

We do not sell or share your information

ReportPoppy does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is no advertising network in the product and no data broker relationship behind it. If you are exercising a right to opt out of sale or sharing, there is nothing to opt out of.

Access, correction and deletion

Your profile is editable in the app, and it is what appears on your reports, so correcting it corrects every report you build afterwards. For a copy of your account's data, or for deletion, write to us and we will do it. See Data Protection for what exists and how long it is kept.

Email

We email you about your account: billing, outages that affect you, and material changes to the terms. Those are not marketing and cannot be switched off while the account is open. We do not run a marketing list.

If you received a report

If an agent sent you a ReportPoppy link, the report belongs to that agent's account and the property data in it is licensed MLS content. We have no account for you and no record of you opening it. Ask the agent who sent it to take it down, and write to us if that does not resolve it.

Browser signals

ReportPoppy sets no advertising or analytics cookie, so a Global Privacy Control signal has nothing to act on here. We honour it in the only way that is meaningful: by not collecting the thing in the first place.
