How to check right now
Open reportpoppy.com/api/health. If it answers, the application is running. If your browser cannot reach it at all, the host is down.
We do not publish an uptime percentage. A number with no audit behind it is decoration, and we would rather tell you what a failure actually looks like so you can tell them apart in the moment.
Two different outages
The app is down. The site does not load. On a phone the app shows a ReportPoppy card that says there is no connection, rather than a browser error page. Nothing you have saved is affected.
The MLS feed is down. The app loads and you are signed in, but the feed will not answer. ReportPoppy says so plainly, with a notice and a Try again. It does not present an empty result as "this property has no record", because that mistake once put a blank report in front of a client. A feed outage is the MLS's system, not ours, and it usually clears on its own.
What keeps working during an outage
- Client links already in circulation keep serving their frozen snapshot. Replaying a saved report does not touch the MLS.
- Reports you have already exported as PDFs are yours and are unaffected.
- Nothing you have built is lost by an outage. The work is on disk, not in the session.
How we tell you
For anything longer than a short blip we email the address on your account and say what is affected, what is not, and what we know about when it will be back. We would rather send a short, honest note than keep a dashboard green.
If something is wrong and this page has not caught up, tell us. We would rather hear it twice.
