Who ReportPoppy is for

ReportPoppy™ is a product of PeopleStar Enterprises, Inc. It is a professional tool for licensed real estate agents and brokers. By opening an account you confirm that you hold an active real estate licence, or that you are acting under the supervision of someone who does, and that your access to MLS data is authorized by your own MLS membership or your brokerage's.

These terms are the agreement between you and PeopleStar Enterprises, Inc. Using the app means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

Your account

You may sign in with a ReportPoppy account or with your Poppy ID, the single sign-in shared across the Poppy suite. Either way the account is yours alone. Do not share credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has them.

Everything you produce is filed under your account: the reports you build, the photographs you upload, the client links you mint, and the letterhead the reports wear. Another agent on another account cannot see any of it.

Plans, the trial, and billing

Prices are per account, in United States dollars, and are billed in advance:

• Agent, $29 a month or $290 a year. Fifteen new subject properties a month. Rebuilding a report you have already run is always free, on every plan, forever.
• Signature, $49 a month or $490 a year. Unlimited reports, the Buyer and Investor Report, your Poppy ID brand kit merged into every report, and permanent client links.
• Executive, $39 per seat a month or $390 per seat a year, with a three-seat minimum, arranged through OfficePoppy.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to begin one, and one trial is available per Poppy ID per app. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in. Prices can change with at least thirty days' notice, and a change never applies to a term you have already paid for.

MLS data, and what you may do with it

ReportPoppy queries CRMLS through the Trestle Web API under a data licence. That licence, and your own MLS membership rules, govern what you may do with what you see.

• MLS content stays inside the report product. Reports and client links are the permitted way to show it to a client.
• Do not scrape, export in bulk, resell, redistribute, or feed MLS content into another product or a machine learning system.
• Do not use a report to solicit a client who is already under an exclusive agreement with another brokerage where your MLS rules forbid it.
• County assessor facts, which ReportPoppy uses for off-market properties, are public record and carry no such restriction.

If your MLS access ends, your right to pull MLS data through ReportPoppy ends with it.

What a report is, and what it is not

A ReportPoppy report is a presentation of real market data, assembled by formula. Every number in it comes from the MLS record or the county's public record, and the prose around those numbers is written from templates that read the numbers. Nothing in a report is invented.

A valuation range is not an appraisal. It is a range drawn from closed sales of comparable homes, weighted by similarity, and it does not account for anything a licensed appraiser would see by walking the property. Investment figures are estimates, and every investment slide says so and offers a referral to a financial professional. Nothing in a report is financial, legal, or tax advice.

You are the professional in front of your client. What you say about a report, and what you advise, is yours.

Client share links

Sharing a report freezes it. A client link shows the exact run that was on screen when you clicked Share, with the exact criteria, and it will still show those numbers a month later. Nothing about a link re-queries the market on its own. Running the property again and sharing again is what replaces what a link shows.

Links minted on Signature and Executive are permanent. A new link minted on Agent carries ninety days. Any link created before the September 2026 pricing rollout has no expiry recorded and stays permanent, because a pricing change must never break a document already in a client's hands.

A client link needs no sign-in, so treat it as public once you send it. Do not put a link to a report in a place you would not put the report itself.

Acceptable use

Do not use ReportPoppy to break the law, to break your MLS rules, or to mislead a client. Specifically, do not present another agent's listing as your own, do not alter a report to state a number the data does not support, and do not use the app to harass anyone.

Do not attempt to access another account, probe the service for weaknesses outside the terms of our responsible disclosure page, or automate the app in a way that degrades it for other agents.

Availability and changes

ReportPoppy depends on the MLS feed, and the feed occasionally goes down. When it does, the app says so plainly rather than presenting an empty result as a finding. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it.

The product changes. Features are added, and occasionally a feature is retired when it stops serving agents well. Material changes to these terms are announced in the app before they take effect.

Ending your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account. We can suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or the MLS data licence, and we will say why.

When an account ends, the reports and files under it become inaccessible. Client links already in circulation are governed by the share-link terms above. Ask us before you close an account if you need anything preserved.

Warranties and liability

ReportPoppy is provided as it is. We do not warrant that the MLS data is complete or error free; it is the MLS's data, and listings are entered by people. We do not warrant that a valuation range will match a sale price or an appraisal.

To the fullest extent the law allows, PeopleStar Enterprises, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for ReportPoppy in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts serving Orange County, California.
