Brokerages
An Executive plan puts every agent in the office on Signature, adds brokerage templates so a listing presentation carries the firm's standards as well as the agent's own letterhead, and gives the broker an admin console over seats.
What brokerages ask us first, answered plainly:
- Whose brand is on the report? The agent's, with the brokerage beside it. That is how a client reads a presentation, and it is how the agent stays the relationship.
- Where does the data come from? CRMLS through the Trestle Web API, under licence, plus the county assessor's public record for off-market homes. Nothing is scraped.
- What happens when an agent leaves? Their reports and client links belong to their account. Seats are reassigned, not inherited.
Start at poppyoffice.com/executive, or write to us and we will run your own listings with you first.
MLS and associations
ReportPoppy is built on licensed MLS data and takes those rules seriously: content stays inside the report product, nothing is exported in bulk, and an agent's right to pull data ends when their MLS access does.
If your MLS or association would like ReportPoppy available to its members, or wants to review how the licence is honoured in the product, we will walk any compliance officer through it line by line, including what the app stores and what it deliberately does not.
White label
The report is already the agent's document: their letterhead, their photograph, their contact block, their brokerage. For a firm that wants the whole surface in its own colours, including the client-facing share pages, we build that as an Executive engagement. Tell us what you have in mind.
Integrations
ReportPoppy sits in a suite. Poppy ID is the single sign-in across every Poppy, so an agent signs in once and the whole family opens. Client links go out on a branded short domain so what a client sees in a text message is the firm, not a tracking URL.
If you run a CRM, a transaction platform, or a marketing tool that agents already live in and you want reports to originate there, write to us. The honest constraint is the MLS licence: an integration can start a report and hand back a link, and it cannot hand back the underlying MLS records.
